1. Service

Favokres.com (Favokres) provides editorial notes, community features, library materials, and optional digital products/services operated by the Favokres desk. Content is for information only and is not regulated financial, legal, or tax advice. AI-assisted drafts may appear; human-authored pieces are marked when contribution records exist.

2. Accounts and community (user content)

If you create an account or join community features, you are responsible for your activity and must not abuse the platform, scrape content at scale, or post prohibited material. You retain ownership of forum/chat/Spaces/site-builder uploads (up to the stated size limits). By posting you warrant you own or are licensed to share the content, and you grant Favokres a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, back up, display, moderate, and comply with Law 5651 / legal requests. 3. Advertising and affiliates

5. Shop digital products — seller warranty

Digital ZIP/license SKUs sold by Favokres are original works of the Favokres desk (or works for which Favokres holds a commercial right to sell). The seller warrants ownership/authority to license; we do not invent third-party licenses. Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the download as described on the product page — not ownership of Favokres trademarks or source repositories unless stated. 6. Liability and account

Service is provided as available. Favokres may suspend accounts for abuse, unpaid chargebacks, or repeated IP violations. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond the amount paid for the specific order in the prior 12 months, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

7. Governing law

Turkish law applies. Consumer disputes: mandatory consumer arbitration/courts where required. Other disputes: courts of Istanbul (Türkiye), without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
